Gear up for March Madness and learn how to make a dinner fit for a Hoya victory party! Join Clipper City City founder and owner Hugh Sisson and CulinAerie co-owner and chef Susan Holt for a memorable evening of delicious food and award-winning craft beers. Participants will have lectures from both experts and then learn how to cook the following menu while tasting carefully paired beers: • Tart of Caramelied Onions, Chevre, and Figs; Small Craft Warning Uber Pils • Jerk Chicken with Arugula and Orzo; Loose Cannon • Warm Butterscotch Pots de Creme; Siren Noir Chocolate Stout
